• Stephen Civardi, ESQ, JD
  
  Mr. Civardi is a nationally known litigator and a frequent guest commentator for Court TV. He has gained recognition for his litigation of liability cases on a wide array of topics for over 40 years.

  Mr. Civardi received his Bachelor of Arts degree from State University at Binghamton New York and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School. Mr. Civardi is a member of the State of New York Bar and admitted to all New York State Courts as well as the Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, United States Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit Court and the United States Supreme Court.

  Mr. Civardi is a past recipient of the Nassau County Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year.

  Mr. Obiol has broad experience in representing plaintiffs. He has significant expertise in jury trials as well as mediations, arbitrations, and appeals.

  Mr. Obiol received his Bachelor of Arts degree from City University of New York and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School. Mr. Obiol is a member of the State of New York Bar and admitted to all New York State Courts as well as the Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, United States Court of Appeals.

  Mr. Obiol is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyer's Association, and American Trial Lawyers Association. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors at All Saints' Episcopal Church.
